We understand how much you are looking forward to receiving your new additions to the wardrobe, and so are we! That’s why a reliable shipping arrangement means a lot to both of us. We would do everything we can to have your items delivered as soon as possible. Please refer to the details below,

Hong Kong

    • Free shipping via SF Express is available for purchases of HKD $800 (SF stations for self pick-up and commercial areas). Delivery to residential areas (approximately HK$52 up) can be arranged at the customer’s cost. 
    • Of course, delivery service is also available for purchases below HKD $800. Courier charges (approximately HK$22 up) will be settled by the customer, on delivery. Actual amount will be subject to the total weight and location. 
    • Delivery lead time: 3-5 working days (to SF stations and commercial areas) upon order confirmation. Delivery to residential areas might take longer. 
    • All orders are delivered during the week. No delivery service is available on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. 
    • A tracking number will be sent to you once it’s stepping out of our door! 
    • Order confirmation and delivery confirmation are provided by email. 
    • Self-pickup : You are welcome to pick up the items yourself. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 12.00-6.00pm (except public holidays).  Advanced appointment is required for self-pickup. Please contact us on 9565 6261. 

Macau & Taiwan

  • Free Door-to-Door delivery via SF Express is available for purchases of HKD $1600. Additional charges might apply due to remote locations.
  • Delivery service can be arranged for purchases below HKD $1600. Courier charges shall be settled by the customer, on delivery, at approximately HK$35 up (Macau)/HK$57 up (Taiwan). Actual amount will be subject to the total weight and location. 
  • Delivery lead time: 3-7 working days upon order confirmation. It might take longer to deliver to remote areas. 
  • All orders are delivery during the week. No delivery service is available on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
  • **Taiwan customers are required (by SF Express) to provide their ID number. 
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once it's stepping out of our door!
  • Order confirmation and delivery confirmation are provided by email.

China

·     貨品不包括運費，可透過順豐快遞到付。運費由＄100元人民幣起，

實際運費視乎於貨物總重量及送貨地址。

·     貨品在訂單確認後三至七天內送到。

·     發貨時，你將會收到一個運單編號，以便你查詢派件狀況。

  2. Express Delivery: HK$380, delivered in 2-5 days

    Certain popular items might not be out of stock. Pre-orders are welcome, and please note that the delivery time would be longer. You will be the first to know once your items are back on the shelf!
